Depends on the surgery they get. They can get a micropenis, in which case they'll need to use a strapon for actual sex, or they can have a much more involved surgery where they cut off a whole thing of skin from an arm and build an only kinda functional, but normal-sized dick outta that.

One thought that I've had going through this drama is the possibility that the internet/IRL disconnect has convinced trans individuals that only MAGA cap-wearing Proud Boys are uncomfortable with trans people.
