The notion that parents have the fundamental right to indoctrinate their children into any political ideology, no matter how harmful it is to society as a whole, is uniquely American and is fundamentally at odds with Chinese practice. Most subs of countries with their English names are taken over by English speakers. r/finland, r/norway etc are all primarily for outsiders. The natives have their own subs like r/suomi and r/norge, Chinese for example have r/sino for themselves.
Funny in Indonesia they murdered a million Chinese in a huge genocide due to Chinese tending to be part of the communist party. I'm sure he agrees that was a totally reasonable and justified policy though and isn't just applying selective and narrow reasoning due to it not inconveniencing him personally.
