I did a research paper this summer on this subreddit and there was a published study that found that 74% of attacks on Reddit came from 1% of source subreddits. I assume that subs like r/Drama are the 1%.
They even commented they were "willing" to work 6, 8, 10 hour shifts... Amazing they're so dedicated to working regular work hours just like everyone else in the world.
If I called my foreman and told him I needed a day off for my mental health he would absolutely give it to me no questions asked. But that's because he knows I'm a hard worker who doesn't call in unless it's a necessity.
Definitely not retail or blue collar. White collar office jobs seem to be shifting to PDOs, personal days off. They are vacations + sick + whatever the fuck you wanna use it for. No questions asked unless its extended.
I remember when people's fucking parents die and they get l like the funeral day off. How I miss how retail use to not give a fuck about anyone but their sales.

What kind of alternate reality does a moron like this live in? "Mental health day"?
A lot of young "adults" are so far removed from the realities of adult life, it's unbelievable.

I more appalled by the fact that they honestly believe a month of showing up to work is some sort of outstanding work morale.

A 6 hour shift with a lunch break is 10-12, 1-5
Fucking millennials

This one in particular seems like a real winner. Her idea of getting pro-revenge is ordering chicken nuggies from her school bully.

This reads like it’s probably a post-Millennial tbh.

This person works in either fast 💨 food 🥘 or retail. They will be fired or eventually quit.

When my guinea pig died I had to live 10 years in solitude just to re-enter into normal society.
