Weeb? Skyrim and elder scrolls are American made video games based on European lore and history. I had too google the weeb word. I actually don’t like anime I just happened to like medieval fantasy genres which is pretty different than what you are suggesting and it was developed in the USA by a USA based studio. Learn what words mean and what about the subjects before you start talking shit you look like a 12 year old little boy btw get the fuck out of here you little cunt

And this is why you don't use quotation marks for emphasis.

"Because it was handwritten by Virgil Abloh of Off-White, who has styled everything in quotation marks as of late (see Serena's US Open apparel that he designed)."

We hired a retard to do the design, and his design was retarded. So it's not our fault.

IMPROPER USE OF INVERTED COMMAS, HOOVER! **IMPROPER USE OF INVERTED COMMAS!

This report you've given me. You've got inverted commas around the paragraph headings. You've got them around Disposition. You've got them around Critical Shortages. You've got them around Recruitment Difficulties. Now why have you fucking done that, Hoover?

I put them in there for Emphasis...

But they aren't for emphasis, now are they, Hoover? No. They're for fucking quotation.

Like if I was to call you an illiterate fucking cum-sodden dickrag, you would write:

Herr Starr COMMA with his usual searing insight COMMA today referred to me as OPEN QUOTES an illiterate fucking cum HYPHEN sodden dickrag CLOSE QUOTES PERIOD

That's how you use them, Hoover. That's what they're for.

So I do not expect to read a report by one of my Lieutanants with only to find paragraph headings quoted at me like they came from some stupid fucking theater review, ever again. Is that clear?

"Woman" ain't wrong when talking about Serena Williams. So much T.
