Problem is that they can (and often do) play critical theory connect-the-dots between these things and pretty much any element of masculinity.
So if we imagine the full spectrum of masculine behavior, there are things that are definitely toxic masculinity and then everything else is just TBD, open to be linked to toxic masculinity at some point in the future. Not really a game I'm interested in playing.
