Like an Asian has eyes that realistically resemble a white person's eyes more than, say, a giant slash. But that's how they're usually represented, just a giant slash instead of eyes, because their eyes are slightly slantier and white people need to indicate "Hey, this is an Asian dude!", so they make them blind inhuman abominations and take away all of their ability to express their emotions through their eyes. This is considered acceptable compared to maybe drawing an Asian that's not clearly enough not white.

Anyway, it's not a respectful depiction of a black person. Just as giant always are not a respectful depiction of Asian people.
