You're not even trying to be witty or anything, you're just circlejerking. How does it feel literally karma whoring, like, actually just being a human who cares enough to type multiple comments for no purpose except to draw a nearby majority's attention to the fact that you agree with them?
It was strictly speaking about high school us history curriculum. Don’t move my goalposts. I’ll add in insults too strengthen my point tomorrow morning.
We were specifically TALKING ABOUT US HISTORY. NOT TENNESSEE HISTORY. I KNOW THE CIVIL WAR WAS TAUGHT IN HIGHSCHOOL, JUST NOT US HISTORY. WHICH IS FUNNY BECAUSE US HISTORY IS A STATE REQUIREMENT. TENNESEE HISTORY IS NOT. STOP ACTING BRAIN DEAD. STOP ACTING BRAIN DEAD. STOP ACTING BRAIN DEAD.
This course is the second of a two-year survey of U.S. history and geography, continuing from 8th grade’s study of U.S. history and geography.
So if it isn't enough that it's covered in Tennessee history in HS, in the 8th grade, and a few times in 5-7 grades, how much more should it be covered and when?
I know you're dying for a milking, but I only have so many hands.
You see there! You just changed the argument. We were never arguing about how much it should be covered, we were arguing about if it was covered in US History. I can sense that you’re finally starting to understand that your wrong. Progress.
You proceed to post about Tennessee history, a completely separate course
Why are you so dense? literally can’t fathom being as dumb as you are. I can’t wrap my head around how you can ignore obvious facts an then loop around to act like you’re right. For a second, you genuinely made me question if I had somehow said something to confuse you. But no, you managed to do that on your own.
Are you actually from the US? If anything the civil war is way too covered, and in the last few decades the remnants of the lost cause have lost the education battle.
The entire US is completely obsessed with the civil war, to the detriment if other areas if our history. Borax tariffs just aren't all that exciting alas.

You only need to learn how to train your cats. They can generate power on treadmills, wash dishes. Make the bed.

I'm of the opinion that history class is a waste and we could make do by just showing kids all the Mel Gibson and Spielberg movies.
