I would personally love a feature where I, a mod, could mark a post as 'deplorable' which would cause everyone who upvoted it to have their voting rights in the sub removed. Perhaps there could even be an 'exceptional' button where everyone who upvoted it gets 3x votes in the sub. You can ban one person for one comment but I suspect it would be dramatically more effective in the medium and long run to remove the power from those who upvoted it.
