The only time it's been included under any obscenity laws is when someone is being charged with possession of harassment, so the state can slap them with more charges. This wasn't even the caravan, it was due to the illegal border guard refusing to enforce us law. The legal migrants were forced to take it upon themselves to enforce the 1951 refugee convention at points of entry. It is truly sad that these lawless criminals in the border guard would result to illegal violence rather than enforce their own countries law.
