The Secret Space Program has been around for a while. It combines some hippieish stuff (alien saviors, Mayan bullshit) with right-wing paranoid stuff (Area 51). I wonder if it was purposefully set up that way to appeal to as broad an audience as possible. It seems to me like it's being directed by people who are totally 100% frauds and just looking scam money out of the crazies.

I can find youtube videos about the "Secret Space Program" going back a long time, but it seems to be typical Area 51-style alien nonsense until recently. The Sphere Being Alliance youtube channel goes back to March 2015. Its seems that this Corey Goode came out as a "Secret Space Program whistleblower" around then and got a big following with the help of a guy named David Wilcock who's been featured on Ancient Aliens.

They have a network of websites linking to each other that all look pretty slick and are obviously designed by the same person. Just poking around for a half hour I didn't find much you can really pin down as right or left-wing, even if they've stolen their ideas from right and left-wing crazies. They must have been careful to stay neutral. Like somehow they don't have any opinion about Trump.
