While it makes for fun drama and occasionally provokes amusing reactions from the /conspiracy mods it led to TMoR becoming anti-r/conspiracy specifically, and since that sub is basically a dumber version of r/the_Donald the stuff posted on TMoR reflects that.
This is the heart of the problem. It doesn't help that the vast majority of people being banned from r/conspiracy are the folks on the left. They then come to TMoR and shift the userbase farther into left wing anti-r/conspiracy territory.
So a decent part of the problem it's a direct result of the r/conspiracy mods being partisan dickbags.
