Just because you want to project your ideas of what allegory resides in Tolkiens writing on to Tolkiens motivations doesn't make its true.
There are a finite number of potential protagonist archetypes to choose from, it's not unreasonable that they align with some aspects of certain biblical characters.
The onus is on you to show that what he did meets the standards for intentional allegory. I'm not suggesting that his Christianity didn't influence his writing at all but there is a clear difference between that and suggesting he deliberately wrote the trinity into LOTR.
