Okay, fine, then by that logic no one here should be upset about the fact Megan Murphy was pulled down from Twitter (and by the way, I signed the petition to get her website re-instated, even though I'm not a fan of hers). Or when gender critical websites get their ad funding removed.

Reading the thing, I don't think they are arguing the same thing, and on top of that, seem to misunderstand what the other is arguing.
One argues that if censoring opinions is wrong, censoring excessively is also wrong, because slippery slope. If it's right to gun down "innocuous" porn along with CP/"bad" porn, then who's to prevent gunning down "innocuous" opinions along with "bad" ones, like nazi ideas and such, is my guess at her reasoning. She is still opposed to "bad" porn, and if Tumblr was only banning that, she'd be okay with that whole thing, apparently. Also, she apparently makes some kind of erotic/erotic lite drawings herself. So, all in all, it seems she wants the line to be drawn (Ha.) precisely where it is convenient for her, and doesn't oppose censorship as much as she fears it can be wrongly used.
The other argues that, just like the people who ban-hammer-ed Megan Murphy, whoever she is, Tumblr can ultimately do whatever they want with their website because they're privately owned and have no obligation of freedom of speech, on top of having competitors who will happily take the influx of customers. It's a bit unclear whether she states that as an ideal or only as a factual truth, however, since she then says that the porn ban is good despite possibly being rooted in the wrong reasons (Supposedly, financial ones, since this looks to really be a convenient way to ban all forms of CP, something which would be harder to do without a ban of all porn).
Reading the whole thing, though, I like those a lot:
