whatever, the point is that if you go around telling people some people are smarter on average, and some are dumber on average, that's going to create all kinds of problems even if it's true.

There's at least one study that I'm aware of that correlates average national IQ to certain bits of genome in your DNA. While malnutrition/culture etc surely play a big part, the methodology used in this study can safely ignore environmental affects (I think).
