Drama, what do I do with my a*tistic friend?

I don't really like reddit but I thought this would be the best place to ask for advice since from what I've seen on this sub has been good, I have a friend but I'm not sure as to what to do about them and I thought this sub would enjoy the drama (I encourage it!).

I have a friend who is very very far left, they love jews and think they are gods chosen people, they call everyone who does not agree with them a nazi (me included, we will go into that later). They are an unironic anarchocapitalist, they are also transgender...

I have known them for a long time, we met online and have done a lot together, but recently they have threatened our friendship multiple times because they think I'm a "nazi", I have known them for a few years and have been one of the only people who cares about them but they say that they morally cannot be friends with someone like me (they have not removed me on social media), they tend to use the word "n*gger" in private when they are angry.

They've had a long bout with schizophrenia (they are diagnosed but personally think they are not schizophrenic) and have one suicide attempt that I know of (they are obsessed with me and I was talking to someone and it sent them over the edge), I called the cops on them after they sent me a suicide note and they were hospitalized and it was prevented.

Recently they have had troubles with promiscuous behavior involving their dog. They claim to have put off sexual behavior and they will voluntarily die a virgin because they are guilty over what they did. (they have not told me what they did but I'm guessing they made their dog suck their dick or something)

I think that's enough for now, if anyone has any input on my best course of action or just has questions feel free to ask.

Schizophrenics are incurable with modern medicine. Not much of a point in voluntarily hanging around them unless you're feeling masochistic or they're the kind that's only weird instead of incredibly unpleasant/dangerous.

You can't rest on this. If you don't put up a counter-offensive, you risk being rolled over.

You need to make it clear that he has to pay for your opinions and time. As an ancap, he'll understand that you're relationship is subject to market forces.
