I am thoroughly trouncing you. I've seen your mo and I spanked you at your own game. I found your flaw and exploited it quite nicely, my slaughtered braised goose.

What’s your problem with the new doctor?

I actually love her. My problem is with the writing. It's been pretty bad. We had this Doctor with a dark side. They took that out. They made it more of a soap with some scifi elements. The show is so different I don't like it much. If I had one major complaint, it's that there is no overall story arc as with past seasons. It builds to nothing. There's no great payoff. At that point, why watch?

There’s always been bad episodes and with expanding of the companions just gotta give it time. Hopefully Clara and me show up next season tbh.

I havent had a chance to see it yet, (waiting for Amazon) but The article seems to suggest that she hasn't really been challenged morally or had any real emotional struggle yet. Is this setting her up for a fall, or do you think she is going to skate through her run without any baggage?

She skated through the first season completely.

That's a shame. I am looking forward to getting my daughter into it, and i thought this would be great starting point, but it sounds like the new She-Ra cartoon has more emotional depth.

this but unironically.

shes fantastic at bringing a kind of autistic, socially awkward side to the character imo, very carefree, happy, excited, curious - certainly contrasts to capaldi. shame the writing sucks big dick though

I feel like she's more playing the Doctor the way 11 did as opposed to making it her own character. I suspect that's intentional to make the show seem more familiar.

Lyria sounds female. I can tell by how retarded they are.
