I don't give a fuck how much you call your flimsy delusions "enlightenment." There is no amount of ceaseless self-deception that will make you accept the charred hellscape of being a miserable useless destitute fucking junkie piece of shit. You know what you are, and it is deeply ugly on every level.
I can handle keto, and actually tend to eat pseudo-keto myself, but carnivore diet is a whole new level of retard
I have no idea that this is some sort of new craze or whatever, but scientifically I do know that it's actually easier to survive on an all meat diet and not be malnourished than it is a vegan diet. The only real essential vitamin or mineral that is lacking would be vitamin C, but if you are eating an all meat diet you'd be in ketosis and one of the ketones that your body produces called beta-hydroxybutyrate steps up to fill that gap. Of course, you can always just take a daily multi-vitamin and call it good. Either way, there's no real risk other than driving a stake through your brain out of boredom.
TL;DR: Stopping or reducing dietary fiber intake reduces constipation and its associated symptoms.
There's never been any sort of actual proof that dietary fiber promotes pooping despite the claims of breakfast cereal manufacturers, and on it's surface (heh) why would this work at all? The main function of taking a healthy dump is actually the secretion of water from your bowels, not having undigested cellulose material in your lower intestine.
On top of that, contrary to popular belief, meat does not "get stuck in your GI tract" (another old wives tale). It's completely absorbed by the upper intestine as it's all digestible material.
You can eat a keto diet and eat a surplus, maintenance, or deficit. Switching to keto might result in some people eating fewer calories because they omit all but 20g of carbs, but it isn't necessarily so.
Depends a lot on the carb source, usually things like whole plant foods contain a lot of fiber, which acts as a bulk filler and keeps appetite in check.
Sure in theory. In practice, it’s extremely difficult to shove 4000 calories a day down your throat while following keto. For the typical amerilard diet, it’s a normal day with a slightly larger dinner.
No theory needed. You don't need to eat 4000 calories to be in a surplus if your maintenance is 2000 or 2500. Also, fat is over twice as high in calories than carbs or protein and is an important part of getting energy. Guarantee plenty of people on keto eat at a surplus just fine, some intentionally and some not. Keto doesn't automatically cause you to lose weight, you still have to eat at a deficit.

Keto is one thing, not eating vegetables is fucking A-Grade dipshit retardation

Keto is like nofap. It's fine, but it doesn't give you superpowers like some of its adherents say

But if I do keto, I don't have to make any other changes to my diet such as reducing my caloric intake and I'll lose weight!

Most of the time keto is just caloric reduction.

You could, but carbs are way less filling than fats and proteins so when they're cut out you tend to naturally eat fewer calories.

I hoped ketard would refer to ketamine use. :(
