I don't know how you can hate Trump and simultaneously not think both parties suck. They're still diehard Dem defenders despite them doing everything wrong to lose to the worst candidate we have ever had. If they displayed even minor competence, they wouldn't be posting on /r/politics thousands of times a day about the end of Drumpf.
That's because, in a storm of rage, most people end up getting pissy and going loco at their own believes. So they end up becoming zealots for the Dems since they hate Brumb and the Reps.
There's also the matter that politics is a propaganda sub rife with mod abuse and partisan articles everywhere, plus the media ciclejerk going in this same direction. Most of the points I see there are either "HE LIES!!!1!" or "YOU'RE AGAINST ME, SO YOU MUST BE A RUSSIAN BOT/MANIPULATED BY PUTIN!!1!" so it's not like they are doing anything other than ciclejerking and calling people names.
Not on topic, but Trump is hard to debate too, he corners people with ease and keeps going on like crazy.
i am glad that reddit allows smug uni students to feel better than a (fake) pro wrestler and mayor when they have likely done jack fucking shit all with their lives
Yeah, seems like 85% of meanspirited angryposters constantly flaming others with unprovoked vitriol; have r/politics as a constant haunt in their post history.
A Republican doing an AMA in /r/politics? That was pretty brave from the get go.
Hell the only reason why he probably got the AMA in the first place is because people are willing to see him as a wrestler first and Republican second, and the whole "Libertarian" handwave to pretend he's not a total piece of shit.

Itβs real to me, damnit!

The outcomes may be fixed, but the fights are real. All the moves, the slams, and most importantly, the pain, are all real.
That's why it's a risky profession, it hurts like FUCK to get slammed on the ring, it's no joke.
1 refrigenatron 2019-01-10
yeah no shit, it's athletic acting and requires tons of talent/mass but it isn't real sweaty homoerotic grappling
1 Wimzer 2019-01-10
It is to my dick
1 Megazor 2019-01-10
This
The level of training and athleticism required to do those things is incredible.
There's no way to "fake" the pain away when they get thrown from a ladder and break the announcers table.

This is the level of political nuance you can expect from a retarded wrestler who spent 25 years in homoerotic drama whoring, otherwise knows as WWE
