For a while during HS, I went to an alternative school. One day, I couldn't keep my eyes open and my teacher noticed. She told me to rest my eyes if I need to which was surprising bc I also was familiar with bad teachers. I never expected teachers to ever meet my needs.
In fact, she even told me it was nice I'd grown to feel trusting enough I could fall asleep around her. And overall, she didn't see a point in me doing school work if I was too tired to learn.
And it still aggravates me today that hardly any teachers are like that at all.
