Shes probably a spoiled brat who's parents gave up after she would throw a temper tantrum over eating veggies. I've known a few people like that and they usually end up graduating to eating veggies in their late 20's when they shed the rest of their prepubescent personality

Before I start, I just want to say disclose that I am the girlfriend from this post on a throwaway account (so I don’t get crucified). We have an amazing relationship and I’m sorry that this got so out of hand. It’s been a great 4 years. There’s a few misconceptions in here and I don’t know where they’re coming from but:
1) I still ate the food, I just didn’t eat the bell peppers. I did not ask for chicken fajitas, look at them in disgust, and make myself chicken nuggets. It says in the post I ate the food 2) I eat a varied diet currently, I just avoid veggies because they give me a lot of anxiety. My favorite food is sushi or Korean BBQ 3) I am abundantly grateful that OP makes me food and I think he’s a great chef. Nowhere in this post did it say I didn’t thank him.
My picky eating makes eating or going to social gatherings my own personal hell. I wish I weren’t this way. I don’t think I’m a cunt or a toddler and I’m trying a lot to be better. I cried a lot while reading these comments. Thank you to the people that mentioned I might have an eating disorder, after researching further I’m relieved to have a word for something I’ve been dealing with for 20+ years. After reading all the comments and taking them in, I determine that OP is NTA but I never really thought he was.
