As a gamer I can tell you a group of loud obnoxious tumblrinas can be terrifying. Even if they're just sitting in Org. You become suddenly very aware of the potential danger you could be in if they decide to act. The really scary thing is they act and think differently in a group than by themselves. Graveyard camping is aggressive and scary.

I was at minecon with 10 other gamers a few years ago. 6 girls followed us around all night and would block isle ways, stares, ramps and doors. We complained to staff but they "weren't doing anything"

Eventually we were cornered in a fenced area. They were being obnoxious and making lewd comments. So we responded very much how Illidan did. We got aggressive back. We yelled and cursed and one gamer friend got ready to fight (yu gi oh cards in hand)

Some might call it harassment, others "girls being girls", but that doesn't make it ok. Even if you can make a sound legal argument the fact is it's imoral and it's scary.

After a while the feminazis got bored so we relaxed. At one point, late in the night, I went to the Dorito concession stand by myself. I didn't notice two of those “gamer girls” were there as I waited for my snack one of them came up behind me and grabbed my collector fallout 76 bag I couldn't get her off of me. Thankfully the female running the stand (if there is a God, bless this baby maker) was there. She yelled at her and hopped over the counter.

Later I saw them laughing about getting yelled at and bragging to all their friends. After reporting it the incident I was told "it was rude, it was wrong but unfortunately it's a female and there were no witnesses so nothing will be done." They didn't even talk to her. I was just immediately one-shot.

Again, thank The Light for the female at the concession. After crying about it in the convention discord for about 20 min I found out "concession female" was a gamer’s mom.

30min later we hear a girl YELLING down the hall. The Con put us in lockdown and went to investigate. Turns out my gamer friend from Discord texted his mom and she left the dorito stand to come down to the stage.

All of a sudden my complaint was "worth taking a second look". Multiple fb posts, her friends ratted her out, and "concession mom". I'm suddenly "credible".

It took 15 min of "investigating" to clear up. Apparently someone squeezing the shit out of your premium, pre-ordered exclusive CANVAS BAG isn't sexual assault-y enough for the waste of 15 fucking minutes.
