You're making jokes about continuing to listen to music recorded by a predatory rapist. You have no moral high ground here. Whether or not you're listening to a physical copy, such a joke conveys a feeling of disregard for Kelly's victims. I highly suggest you take some time to sit down with sexual assault victims, as you are clearly uneducated on the matter.
Just like Lady Gaga didn’t know he was a rapist when they recorded the song, I didn’t know the first 200 times I listened to it. Me enjoying the song the same way I always have doesn’t make me a bad person nor does it mean I endorse what he did. And the joke I made wasn’t disregarding his victims in the slightest. Lady Gaga’s lyrics in the song are empowering and make me feel happy and good whilst his part is irrelevant to me. And I’ve been assaulted so everything you said is irrelevant and untrue.
It's odd. There's been a court case or two, multiple articles, a shitload of gossip. R Kelly being a paedo has been public knowledge for anyone who cares to know for years and years, definitely way before Lady Gaga collaborated with him. Hell, Chappelle did his 'Piss on U' video back in 2009 or something. But now suddenly people care, whereas before they just shrugged their shoulders.
Chapelle was probably in Africa in 2008, the "Piss on U" video was from 2003. The only reason R Kelly didn't get sent down was because the girl in the video said it wasn't her. I honestly don't understand how people got shocked by this so many years later.

Really dude? It’s a good song. Doesn’t mean I’m saying what he did is okay? That’s an extreme attention seeking title text as well.

I don't know why it took a stupid documentary for people to realize R. Kelly is a fucking perv. The Boondocks were talking about it in 2000s.
