Shame on your toxic ways reddit. No, Netflix didn’t pay me and no I never got paid to post on reddit or rather accepted to post sponsored posts. But it’s heart breaking to see the amount of toxicity and threats you’re willing to spew at someone for using this platform as a 4 year old hobby now. Say what you will, we’re all on here together being bored and killing time.
Some of us enjoy lurking. Some enjoy shitposting. Others moderating. And sadly some enjoy toxic harassment without reason or proof.
... emotionally browbeaten ... just to assuage ... my ex's malfeasance ... was essentially bilked ... be bandied about ... break from this whole canard
Nobody writes like that, unless they post regularly to some erotic stories website.
How dare this incel try and use the ancient foid weapon of Lastname & Lastname against her. I am shaking right now tbqmfh fam. 🎵 This is America 🎵 under Drumpf. 😠 😡 😤 😢 👾
My first divorce attorney has already quit over this so I know it’s a complicated issue. I’m here to gather some information so that I can be prepared and efficient when meeting with the next one.
I work for a divorce attorney and this is a HUGE red flag. "My first divorce attorney quit." Divorce attorneys don't "quit". They withdraw representation when you run out of money or they run out of patience.
To make a long story short, in the split it has come out that my soon to be ex wife’s child is not mine biologically.
This is just pain and anger talking. I hear this a lot. Very typical. It's a phase divorcing people go through.
I realize that the circumstances (her lying about going through with the insemination versus lying about an affair) are somewhat different from the average, but the fact of the matter is that this child is not mine.
In the US, a child born during the marriage (sometimes within a year of the marriage) is a child of the marriage.
I know that legally I will be facing a massively uphill battle in recouping my past costs,
This won't happen. No judge is going to award that but angry people think they will soooo that's why my boss drives a BMW!
so going forward I will only be seeking removal of my name from the birth certificate and a stop to any further costs (child support, college tuition, etc.)
Completely unrealistic. I can see why attorney number one gave him the boot.
I'm willing to accept it as real (and if so I feel bad for the kid; both the mother and "father" sound like terrible people) but some of the phrasing is a little strange ("emotionally browbeaten"), and I think he would have given more details immediately (especially about the sperm donation) if he genuinely wanted advice. So I'm now on the fence, like a true radical centrist.
He's being overly dramatic. He's speaking out of anger and pain and trying to express this to others using embellished language to draw others into his pain and bolster his damaged ego.
Love how people think they can just walk out of someone's life, after years of marriage and raising a child, without legal problems. Like you're not going to just leave Scott free.
Honestly how hard is it to get an advice from a real lawyer? Is it that expensive in burger land? Why do these people post serious life implication shit to be berated by these IANAL fags?

The best part is she wanted donor sperm from the beginning. It’s like another horrible cuck fanfiction

I don't think this is bait. I think it's real.

If he wanted legal advice, he'd get a fucking lawyer.

Aren't these the fucktards who told someone to give up his DNA because he should have nothing to hide?
1 DeathBahamutXXX 2019-02-13
Legal advice is mostly cops so yeah they would give advice like “you have nothing to worry about if you have nothing to hide”
