I legit need advice on being less obsessed with race

I’m asking /r/drama for help. How do I become less obsessed with race?

My parents from what I know are white though I may be marginally non-white. I hate my parents and God for creating me and wish my dad fucked a non-white woman instead of my bitch mother who abused me as a kid. Literally if my dad had an Asian fetish like every other white man then I wouldn’t be white. I genuinely hate mixed race people and can barely function around them. I cut myself at work after seeing a half Asian family with an Asian dad. Then I got sent to a hospital and then different treatment centers where I am now. My dream for life is to take a DNA test and glom on to whatever non white DNA I have and change my appearance to look less white.

I told my therapist and she didn’t understand. I’m also vivelakosovo. Help
