I don't like cops but peace keepers are necessary to mitigate situations where emotions and tension runs high. I think its important that these peace keepers be non aggressive and that they not only live in but are active members in the communities they work in. Herd mentality can lead to some disgusting acts so its important to level headed individuals with a stake in the community there to calm the masses and slow down the process.
