IRL I've only heard of one instance of a far right employee causing problems because he didn't shut up and was making everyone hate him. But the worst that happened was nobody wanted to work with him and he had to go.
I've heard of quite a few cases where far left employees caused problems. And some of them caused a lot of damage, the whole office's productivity falls because of the stress and toxicity, good people leave in droves and HR doesn't even learn the true reason why, because everyone's afraid to speak up. It's ridiculous.
It won't. But no one in there cares. It's sooooo weird to see that sub push any piece of news to the top for days, then when it comes it out it's fake, or not true, or not as bad as it looks, or something meaningless, they literally forget all about it.
