People have been boycotting her comics for over 60 years.

Because not going to see something that's woke and liked by lefties is a boycott, now.

her comics for over 60 years.

Stop manexisting.

It's more than just some nerds who are angry about her not smiling or something. It's a coordinated effort by the alt-right to wage a culture war. Just the same as they did with Star Wars or whenever there's a female Thor or in a video game or a TV show or on and on and on. It's a method to create bullshit arguments that resonate with a group of people. When they buy into that bad narrative that a "SJW" or "liberals" are trying to take something away from them.

It's a way to create a community and a tribe and isolate people into a bubble. In this bubble these people blame liberals for attacking them because a girl is playing a hero. They see all this nefarious plotting by people who hate them and hate their country and their way of life. They see this conspiracy to change the world into something that will marginalize them somehow.

It's a culture war. It's happening everyday and it's organized. The hatred against Captain Marvel is wide spread and has been going on for months since it was announced.

lol

I wonder if Feige and Co. might've underestimated the sheer toxicity of the current political divide and if, with the benefit of hindsight, they would've done some things differently to minimize the hate and pander more to the incels.

Hot take

Stop having different opinions if they aren't other people's opinions

People should kinda chill out with their opinions. This obsessive dislike of what other people appreciate is just needless hostility.

I want it to bomb as bad as the Ghostbusters remake for the reeeeeeee that will result.

Marvel movie

Bombing

Impossible at this point.

I'd be surprised if it made less than 750M

The fact that so many books still name the Beatles as "the greatest or most significant or most influential" rock band ever only tells you how far rock music still is from becoming a serious art.

Based and jazzpilled

Das Capeshit ist unser Unglück.

This but unironically
