The issue is Wonder Woman has no need to justify why you should take her seriously. No one knows who the fuck Carol Danvers the character is, but now she's coming out of nowhere and its implied she is gonna save the fucking day in Endgame. I personally don't care because Carol fucking sucks and this should be Adam Warlock if anything. Anyway, so you have this random chick coming out of nowhere going full "Muh women empowerment" and she looks super OP. That's gonna rub people the wrong way. Wonder Woman is fucking Wonder Woman.
