The big difference between Stalin and Truman is probably that Truman (both presented themselves as champions of the ordinary man and cam from humble backgrounds) is that Truman concern trolled more, pretending he was upset to have to nuke the Japs, when in reality he got nothing but happiness from it (as would anyone).

Stalin and Truman inflamed the Cold War because they were too manlets trying to prove they raspected wimmin (aka Western civilisation) but were driven by ego.
