I can give you several reasons, but for me there are two primary reasons that I'm invested in this:
The recent documentary Leaving Neverland has immense societal value. Even beyond the allegations surrounding Jackson, it manages to expertly detail the process of grooming and the effects of childhood sexual abuse.
Jackson's estate has been active in disseminating propaganda slandering his accusers. They are completely motivated by the immense amount of money that they stand to gain. At best, they could know nothing about what happened behind closed doors between Jackson and these kids, and, at worst, they are aware and are actively covering for him. The vitriol targeted at his accusers makes it a moral obligation to challenge this propaganda.
How do people still give this much of a shit about this, 10 years after MJ died? He's not going to get tonmolest a child in hell for every person who listens to his music today or some shit
