I used to take the piss out of my friend because he was always on world of warcraft, and I said I bet he had played over 1000 hours, and he just laughed at me.
Anyway one day he said he actually used the in game time played thing on all his characters and knew how many hours he played and suspected it was more than what they logged as he had others he deleted. I told him i was right that it was over 1000 hours because he had been playing it for years, and he had to admit I was right.
He showed me that it was 4300 odd hours of play time. I wondered how many hours of education and training a doctor has to go through before they can become a proper doctor and if he was close. I think that bugged him, because it bugged me.
tl:dr people spend way too much time on shit that has no value, just like me with this post. But hey, I am having a shit and this is on the works dime.
Now to be fair as nearly as I can recall from the years I spent living in Madison most cheeseheadcels at best consider Milwaukee to be sort of like the proverbial redheaded stepchild when they are actually confronted with evidence of its existence within their state borders.
