There is a fire next door to a property I manage. My building suffers about 20-24k in damage to the roof and a number of holes in walls, broken 8'foot skylight, etc etc. "Clean Up Emergency Services" wants 12K for their services! I was not aware that half of the insurance pay out was going to the clean up! I send the Insurance Man a email...
