my understanding from past drama is SSC is "rationalists", which seems to be your normal college freshman flavor of retard and while they are mostly pseudo-intellectual fart sniffers, they tend to lean left of center, while occasionally acknowledging the failings of lefty idpol in the culture war threads, while sneerclub is pretty much a circlebroke/srd type demographic sub that targets SSC.
SSC and rationalists are basically 150% Californian ideology, because if you take a bunch of Bay Area code monkeys, have them inspect all their biases and preconceived notions and let them all talk to each other and nobody else because autism, they'll figure out they were right from the beginning because they are very, very smart.
does sneer club still target SSC now that they got rid of culture war? I would assume they would 100% target the new culture war subreddit but im probably wrong as usual.
