How many times in how many different subs has Reddit had this exact same argument.

Heat death

God bless the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics

I have the top comment and I'm just repeating a talking point. It's an effective rebuttal, but it's nothing new.

I don’t understand why people think that 100,000 armed men with AR-15s and their dad’s old .30-06 can’t cause some serious damage to the US military.

The only thing stopping the citizens from taking every governors house in the country and the Whitehouse is motivation.

Anti-guncels are 10 times more retarded than your average r/drama user.

wow and i thought we were the most retarded users on reddit

You might be.

This is one of the antigun things that always makes me shake my head. Aren't we bombing motherfuckers with drones all day long all over the world and yet they somehow they still have a resistance going on with AK47s and improvised toyota-tanks? If the 50 million dual-AR toting rednecks all up and decided that they wanted to take over the country tomorrow it would be over even before it began

Not to mention that 90% of combat arms soldiers in the military are right wing gun nuts themselves who would defect before they opened fire on their own countrymen in a war over gun rights.

Then why do you need guns dumbass?

Because the lefty support POGs might try to finally get back at us for calling them pussies for the last 20 years.

If AR15s are ineffective against military, then why do the gun-grabbers call them “weapons of war”?

It would be about 800% harder to fight our government ob our government’s home turf

It could get a bit messy if there is a slow build up but it's not just the government's home turf it's the peoples'. 50% of the existing military would join the resistance on day 1 because they are all freedom-loving, gun-toting rednecks. On day 2 the government accidentally drone-strikes an elementary school or a wedding reception and everyone else gets on board. Every resistance movement is just a bunch of guys with rifles.

Fighting on the home turf means you can get at the drone pilot's families, something the Taliban never had the luxury of.
