A coworker was tired of employees sitting in the bathroom for extended periods of time

So he recorded a video of one employee masturbating in the bathroom stall, while another was sleeping in the stall directly next to it. Immediately after, he emailed the video to HR, with a detailed message explaining how it was a daily occurrence.

But because of my company’s zero photography policy (we’ve had engineering plans leaked to competitors in the past) both guys kept their job while the employee who took video was fired. Also, no corrective action was taken against either the chicken choker or the dude sleeping.

The fired employee had worked for the company for 15 years and plans to sue/take the story to the local news station, but so far it appears nothing has happened.
