God Instagram has become so corny. I know people who have admitted to me they spend hundreds on outfits, costumes, wigs, etc. specifically for their Instagram. It’s more important to them to make it look like they had such a wild and fun trip, when really the ultimate goal of all that effort and money is the Instagram post itself. Not to actually enjoy themselves, but to make it look like they enjoyed themselves. If they happen to actually have fun that’s just a nice byproduct. Plus they have to buy new outfits/bikinis for every subsequent trip they go on because they can’t post themselves in the same outfits twice. Seems like a nightmare to me
