At 16 no less. Every r-slur in all of this f-slur's classes is on this godforsaken site. The chances of that being seen are way too high. He should've gone posting on /r9k/ or /doc/ like a normal a-slur highschool loser.
The problem was the buzzcut was so narrow for the dimensions of your head shape that your hair looks like a poop emoji sitting on the top of your head, when it should basically square up your face. It reminiscent of pepper from AHS:Asylum
The only way to salvage this is by taking some stick-on hair and cutting it like a strip to go on the sides of the hair so that it frames the rest of your face instead of bringing attention to the round edges of your head.
Or, to learn a much cheaper lesson, just find the cheapest hair place and pay 10$ to buzz the rest off and try again (a completely different style) in a few months when it grows back.
Also the lesson here is that nobody liked or fucked Joe strummer for his hair or how he looked, but because he was Joe strummer.

Accutane can make you a lot of things, but the feds have regulated it a fuck ton. Your blood gets tested monthly, if you're a g-slur you're put on birth control, and you have monthly meetings with your doctor where you can discuss any side effects. As long as you stay faithful to the treatment plan you're fine.
Most of the effects like dry skin, hair loss, diminished night vision etc are temporary.
It pretty much just means you're 17. You're hormonal and your skin is more oily, so a little bit of acne is going to happen unless if you're genetically really lucky. Try exfoliating if you don't already, I highly recommend using face masks.
I wouldn't worry though tbh. Blackheads usually aren't that noticeable and they'll go away in a year or two. Just keep your face clean and you'll be good

Once you start doing this your personality will change slowly, and people WILL notice (especially whatever sex you're attracted to). They'll notice you have something to offer on an interpersonal level that makes people want to be around you and genuine friends with you. You'll also give less of a shit what people think of you because your self worth comes from within and independent of others; that giving less of a shit (not in a nihilistic way) is also attractive to quality people because they will know you won't be an emotional weight on them.
I'm not a fan of Jordan Peterson and I haven't read his books but maybe you should look into reading his rules for life one, it probably contains much the same advice I've said here but long form and more justification.
