You have no idea how soul-crushing bullying can be. This kid is a mess and having this waifu is his way to escape from reality, to have someone who accepts who he is and won't reject him.
He did nothing wrong, isn't trying to hurt anyone and is just trying to make himself a bit more happy. It's nothing he did wrong, and it's 100% parenting at that age with the child literally doing 0 bad things. I don't condone this, and the child clearly needs help, friends and more socializing, but you can fuck right off calling him a fuck up.
Anime is probably the only thing the kid can even go back to for enjoyment since he doesn't have a lot of friends and that's not exactly a bad thing
