I only follow the patriarchal aspects of Islam. Not the aspects that make you a cuck e.g. Abstaining from womanising, penetrating a sweet trap virgin ass and lowering your gaze.
As far as I understand it, the seller misunderstood the history of his car and used pictures documenting the restoration from a restorer's website, but that wasn't his car.
Then someone in the comment section pointed out that the pictures are just a ripoff from said website (that's the comment I said the drama starts at), and
A - the current owner, TMECO
B - the previous owner, gb70
C - the alleged restorer, IdahoZDR
All show up in the comment section and try to make sense of this whole shitshow. The previous owner gb70 did take the car to the restorer, IdahoZDR, but they didn't do the restoration, just some basic checks. The car was almost fully restored though, just at a different body shop.
They also nerd out because the car was never on a rotisserie which allows for easy access and floor/underside restoration but had the underside restored just "normally" on a lift I guess.
Basically, what /u/Woolgun said for the characters. I had a write-up made for this, but it was on the image and my image Editor compressed the text to unreadable levels.
Iβm down for vintage cars but donβt really get the autislur about βperfectβ restorations. Would much rather have a cheap-ish rusty beater Z than some factory perfect life-size hot wheels car. Fuckin boomers man, these people arguing about proper mirror positioning and undercarriage overspray. Like I understand why it matters in that world but that world sucks.
A good quality camera and lenses is a pretty hefty investment in itself, and you have to know how to use them, and how to process the results - a noob will take worse pictures with a dslr than he could on his phone.
Damn I missed the party. BaT is filled with boomers that love old Porsches and 90s Toyota pickups.
Lots of mini-drama when someone posts something not rare/low mileage and they'll complain about the site diluting it's brand and turning into eBay. They also love when someone is selling an original '74 Ford f-teen-thousand but the bolt on picture #85 is off a '76.

Alright, here's a link, but I think imgur may compress it.

Imagine buying cars online. It's worse than online dating

A palanquin toted by oiled muscular bearers is also acceptable.

He's selling a car for $17k and possibly more (was nearly 50k) and he can't splurge on a good quality camera?

A good quality camera and lenses is a pretty hefty investment in itself, and you have to know how to use them, and how to process the results - a noob will take worse pictures with a dslr than he could on his phone.
What he should have done was hire a photographer.
