In a world that encourages you to play the victim, to oppress others under the guise of being oppressed, very few people can talk sense into someone benefiting from that system. I used to benifit from that system and actively took part in it, much to my shame. It was an easy way out. Are you female? Are you a female of colour? Are you a female of colour who also happens to be gay? Well I happened to be all of the above. It's easy for people categorised by the extreme left to fall into their hands. They dress it all up in nice words like equality and feminism when the underlying themes isn't about helping out minorities or women but rather bringing down those who oppose their particular ideological point of view.
Jordan B Peterson didn't exactly pull me out of the Social Justice circle but he gave my life meaning afterwards. Is there some truth in gender inequality? Yes there is, but because of him I've stopped blaming and trying to change others, and I've started changing myself. I have to thank him for pulling me out of the group mentality that stole my individuality. It's because of amazing people like Peterson that lost people like me can come out of the chains of being bound to group identity. I can't for the life of me express how freeing it is to think for myself and not be bound by the irrational concepts of the group mentality. He taught me responsibility and to own the truth. I strive every day now to only speak the truth. It's hard speaking the truth, being a closeted gay, but the burden really does lift off your shoulders when you do it.
I don't know if he'll ever read this but I have never looked up to a man as much as I have Jordan. I feel like my bias towards him clouds my judgement of some of his teachings but it's hard not to fall in love with someone as genuine as him. He pulled me out of a destructive path, a path where I would pin the blame on others for my failings, and never have to own up to my own actions. If it weren't for him, I would still be the little sack of pathetic shit I was before, and I'm still exactly that but I'm getting better, getting more informed.

Jordan Peterson should be our patron saint. The man is completely inoffensive and milquetoast yet somehow stirs large groups of people into a seething rage. His ability to create drama without putting any effort into it is god-tier. He doesn't even troll people. He just speaks to them with civility in that weird Kermit the Frog voice and only points out things that are completely obvious and undeniable. It's like a goddamn magic trick, and I'm fucking jealous that I can't figure out how he does it.

I mean most of what he says is just logical common sense, but he’s not American, super polite, and sounds like Kermit the frog. So it’s super hard for the MSM to attack him. They use blue check marks as their pibbles to discredit him as some sort of Neo nazi alt righter. He’s sort of like tucker, he was supposed to be /theirguy/ with the pedigree and all, but used their accolades to attack the hand that fed them.
I have feelings and emotions too, so I definitely lean liberal on a number of topics, but as a free thinker there is no way I could get behind mainstream democrats.

In a world that encourages you to play the victim, to oppress others under the guise of being oppressed, very few people can talk sense into someone benefiting from that system. I used to benifit from that system and actively took part in it, much to my shame. It was an easy way out. Are you female? Are you a female of colour? Are you a female of colour who also happens to be gay? Well I happened to be all of the above. It's easy for people categorised by the extreme left to fall into their hands. They dress it all up in nice words like equality and feminism when the underlying themes isn't about helping out minorities or women but rather bringing down those who oppose their particular ideological point of view.
Jordan B Peterson didn't exactly pull me out of the Social Justice circle but he gave my life meaning afterwards. Is there some truth in gender inequality? Yes there is, but because of him I've stopped blaming and trying to change others, and I've started changing myself. I have to thank him for pulling me out of the group mentality that stole my individuality. It's because of amazing people like Peterson that lost people like me can come out of the chains of being bound to group identity. I can't for the life of me express how freeing it is to think for myself and not be bound by the irrational concepts of the group mentality. He taught me responsibility and to own the truth. I strive every day now to only speak the truth. It's hard speaking the truth, being a closeted gay, but the burden really does lift off your shoulders when you do it.
I don't know if he'll ever read this but I have never looked up to a man as much as I have Jordan. I feel like my bias towards him clouds my judgement of some of his teachings but it's hard not to fall in love with someone as genuine as him. He pulled me out of a destructive path, a path where I would pin the blame on others for my failings, and never have to own up to my own actions. If it weren't for him, I would still be the little sack of pathetic shit I was before, and I'm still exactly that but I'm getting better, getting more informed.
Also I finally have a clean room.
