Lmao imagine being so humorless that not only do you not understand certain types of humor, but you actively seek and destroy humor elsewhere that you don't understand. src
So in their ideal society people would be constantly threatening each other and potentially killing each other with guns because of much hierarchies? Is that what anarchists unironically believe? And that’s better than what we have now because some people make 20k a year bussing tables?
Yes. Anarchists unironicially believe that living in a constant state of war, constantly threatening each other for being "reactionaries/fascists", armed, mentally ill because of "muh hierarchies" is better than what we have under capitalism.
You what's the sad thing?
I know this anarchist.
He was an intelligent guy, now he's basically a cultish anarchist who really wants to speed up the 'revolution'.
Got fired from his gunstore job because the local white supremacist group doxxed him on Twitter for trying to "bash the fash".
He's a literal autist. To put it politely, he's in no physical condition to "bash the fash". Too scrawny. And is arachnophobic.
He tried setting me up (I'm gay), with some tankie in his anarchist/commie "support group". I'm close to contacting CSIS about him.
God made everybody free, but Sam Colt made them equal.
I see firearms as having two primary purposes post-revolution. The first is for sport (because firearms are extremely fun). The second is to maintain a non-hierarchical society. It's very hard to convince somebody that you're their boss when, not only are you living life completely free, but you also have the instruments to kill them then and there. Any hierarchy can creep up, sometimes from corners we hadn't previously considered. As anarchy is an opposition to all hierarchy, that entails that we constantly studies hierarchies and endeavour to discover new ones. Proudhon took patriarchy as natural. Bakunin took racism as natural. Kropotkin took the domination of man over nature as natural. Like it or not, there are hierarchies that, invisible, continue to persist, and, as all power accumulates, these hierarchies will reform to create new, more efficient, more effective ones. Anarchism is not an end, but a constant becoming. I do not like this eschatological anarchism that imagines that we will have this glorious revolution which will bring all of history to an end. That's a foolish proposition. Rather, we must constantly move towards the horizontal, and if we allow any hierarchy -- no matter how seemingly small or ineffectual -- to survive unrestrained and grow uncontested, it will eventually transform itself into brutal class domination and authoritarian government. And then it's time to get out the guns again.
Lol
Almost this.
His room at his mother's house had lot's of guns.
Now he's renting a place with his anarchist friends, with anarchist flags. He really needs a surprise visit from his favourite organization, the CIA, and the police.
He can't punch to save his life.
The thought that there are people like this out there - and that these people are allowed to leave a footprint on the world - genuinely depresses me, and I'm not even sure anymore if the added value these guys bring to Dramacoin is enough to offset that.
The Library of Alexandria may have burned down. The Canterbury Tales may never be finished. But the misanthropic ramblings of edgy teenagers will forever be preserved on Reddit's, Google's, and the NSA's servers.

To be fair, the industrial revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race.

Broke: We must ban all guns because otherwise people shoot each other all the time
Woke: if we ban guns them only bad guys will have guns, and shoot good people
Bespoke: Everyone should shoot each other, and here's why that's a good thing

Actually owning firearms puts him a decent level above most other commies and anarkiddies. Not a very high level, but still above.
