How is this drama? Banks go out of their way to fuck you with overdraft fees by ordering your debits in a way that incurs the most amount of overdraft fees.

Yes, except she sounds foolish accusing Chase of needing bailout money during the 2008 economic crisis. Chase was never in any kind of financial trouble and was essentially forced to participate in it by the Treasury Department. As a show of solidarity to all the other big banks that actually were in financial trouble.
