The writing is just awful all around these past 2 seasons. I'm mostly impressed by just how lame and uninteresting they have made Euron. He's pretty wild in the books and different from anything else seen as opposed to some sex crazed goon

jon has been in so many certain-death situations that no one has any fear of him doing dangerous shit any more

dany has made countless idiotic errors in judgement but faces almost no consequences for any of them

varys basically disappeared as a character for 2 seasons

ready for it to be over, tbh. they jumped the shark with the t1000 waif and while it's had its moments since then, it's become irredeemably bad this season.

I love how varys, uber spymaster keeper of secrets, thinks nothing of loudly talking about treason in a gigantic fucking hallway with their voices echoing to whoever the fuck cares to hear

Or how dany doesn't think to fly straight down on the ballistae from an extremely steep angle
