I don't give a fuck how much you call your flimsy delusions "enlightenment." There is no amount of ceaseless self-deception that will make you accept the charred hellscape of being a miserable useless destitute fucking junkie piece of shit. You know what you are, and it is deeply ugly on every level.
This is huge. This could single handedly lower prices as showing everyone you're being ripped off. There's no direct competition because the regulations are so high so they can just rip your asshole. This way they go expensive they go broke.
No one pays the retail price. Just like when the costs of hospitals were put online nothing changed because no one pays retail prices. Insurances are the ones paying.
You certainly can. Emergency visits, which we aren't talking about, heal a person until they can walk out. Pharmacies are where 90% of drugs are sold. They're not forced to sell medicine to people who can't pay for it.
ER visits often require medication to keep people alive. People without insurance are most likely to end up in the ER. Plenty of people also pay out of pocket for medication. My copay for medication is about $500 a month because my company switched to a shitty plan.
