This company is actually the worst.
In 2016 at the beginning of winter break I was approached near the quad by a man in distress. He explained to me that he had bought tickets from Suburban Express to travel to the airport and that he had a flight scheduled from the airport to take his family back to China for the holidays. When Suburban Express arrived the man spoke with the driver to confirm that the bus was the correct one. The man then explained that he had left his luggage and his family a short distance away from the bus stop in an alcove to stay warm. He told the bus driver that he would need a couple of minutes to grab his luggage and family and would appreciate some help. The bus driver refused to help, teased the Chinese man, and gave him a hard time about him having to get his things and "wasting" the driver's time. When the man turned around to get his luggage and family the bus driver drove off without them, refusing to stop.
SUBURBAN EXPRESS LEFT THIS CHINESE MAN AND HIS FAMILY STRANDED WITHOUT A WAY TO REACH THE AIRPORT AND THUS WITHOUT A WAY FOR THEM TO GET BACK TO THEIR HOME COUNTRY JUST A FEW DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS WITHOUT EXPLANATION OR WARNING.
Like what the fuck does this zoomer think? You can make a bus driver wait for you to go and get your family to take the fucking bus? Welcome to America, when the bus pulls up you fucking get on or it leaves your ass behind. Nothing personnel kiddo.
