Yeah, it's pretty obvious that'll be the case. Also, the ones making this anti-abortion push, mostly old conservatives, in order to overturn Roe v. Wade have no idea what they're doing. There's no way that case gets overturned.
I found a neat party trick that I've been using to shut up friends about this. Offer a monetary bet to anyone who claims that these laws are a serious threat to Roe v Wade. I go as far as offering 10 to 1 odds that Roe v Wade will be standing by the end of 2020, 2024, any reasonable horizon. This creatsles some IRL drama, because the people spouting this shit don't actually believe it.
