I’m gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and say it maybe could be like...265-285. I see a 45, possibly 2 25s, and maybe 2 10s. The bar could be a 35 or 45, it looks a bit small from that angle.

Your close but actually, the big plate is a special powerlifting plate to simulate rack pulls, they’re 90lb each. Then there’s 2 45’s and 2 25lbs just for shits and giggles cause that’s all the plates I have

Pretty strong, man! I got my 5 plater couple months back but had to be fat as fuck as a manlet and mediocre lifter. Lot of work for crappy numbers. But you are, what, 150 lbs? That’s some elite strength. Be sure to post any form checks here, and some footage from any meets you do!
