For the last week some weird youtuber drama has been happening between angelic initiative, a youtube channel made up of a mother (Lynne) and her daughter (Jamie) who have say “that’s true” a lot and go on stream-of-consciousness rambles about angels and grass, they are possibly a cult. Lynn does seem like she has psychological issues. Jamie does seem like she is being abused/brainwashed. Jamie could be putting on an act but the behavior of Lynn, especially her email correspondence, has me leaning toward the abuse angle. Lynn comes off as a typical abuser in her correspondence with wubby. Separating Jamie from her social life to focus on angelic initiative is a standard cult move and a sign of psychological abuse. Jamie's reaction to wubby asking about a boyfriend felt off. Some of Jamie's surprised reactions to things Wubby said to Lynn and things Lynn said to wubby made me feel like Lynn would have behaved very differently (angrily/violently) if the cameras/wubby werent there and Jamie was saying the things Wubby said.

The video of Jaime crying and talking about her going back to Brooklyn to sell all her shit and say goodbye to friends is rough. She said that the ones that didn't "understand" don't really love her. Then she compared herself to Joan of Arc. Lynn definitely did a number on her.
