I like it when someone who is stuck in the nineties posts one of these, and someone else high on their own self-righteousness points out that mobile phones have given internet access to hundreds of millions across the world in developing countries and you shouldn't judge from your position of privilege, and then a third someone with an agenda of supreme tricksiness points out that all they are doing with their new internet access is arranging beatings and massacres of Muslims, and harassing women.
I like it because it confirms my lack of belief in anything that promises a meaningful future for humanity.
