As top mod of /r/Drama, I find it my duty to remind all of you that you are no longer allowed to vote or comment in any of the linked threads. Linked threads are meant for you to observe and report the situation here.

Do not attempt to avoid this rule by creating an alt account. You are not allowed to use an alt account as a means to "ping" them by linking the /r/Drama thread in a comment with the intention that the reader will follow the linked comment back to the /r/drama thread. This is not allowed so do not do this thing.

This might come as a shock to you, but I do not care about your opinions, your ignorance or failure to comprehend the research, or what you believe. The only thing I care about, and I can not stress this enough, is what the empirical research says. And it says you are wrong.

What if you create an alt to create a thread and then create another alt to ping your thread, and then your other alt replies to your thread so really it's three alts all yours replying to each other and you give permission to r/drama to comment.

If you want to impose this with any measure of success you should

  1. Make np. links mandatory.
  2. Alternatively users should use archive.is/donotlinkit/outline kind of services.
  3. Post a screenshot.

If you can't ping and can't comment in linked threads, the existing rule to ban for screenposting/np links is retarded.
